Goal 1: Do Physical Therapy Exercises. 63% (70/111)

Review: The week started out really well. I didn't end up doing my physical therapy for the second half. I'm not even sure why, but it felt... like it was pointless, sort of. I treated Sunday as a reset, and am going to start over on Monday.

Goal 2: Take Care of Myself. 50% (12/24)

Review: I'm getting better at this. Sort of. In some ways. I'm still working on it.

Goal 3: Finish GYWO Build-a-Bingo and 100Ships. 38% (3/8)

Review: I really had a hard time with this. I couldn't write, and getting anything posted was even worse. I'll keep trying again this week.

Intentions for the future: G1: Doing my physical therapy doesn't seem to be helping, although it is, I know it is, I just have to keep remembering that. G2: This is the hardest one, and I'm still working on the whole self-sabotage I keep doing - like staying up late the night before I have something important scheduled. G3: I'm going to try to do at least one pom every day on writing.

We found Superkind when we pulled up YouTube, and caught the thumbnail for Moody. Like. Seriously. Look it up. It was just enough of a "what the heck" thing for us to click on it and look, and boy, it didn't disappoint.

They debuted in 2022 with the song "Watch Out," with four human and one AI member, SAEJiN. At the end of the MV, you catch the fifth human member. Moody has a completely different vibe, and has all five human members and a second AI member, Seung. There is so much weird stuff going on, but it's really cool!

They disbanded early 2025, and I'm so disappointed because there was so much possibility in the group and in the lore they'd created. I didn't care for Beam Me Up, their final song. Here’s Moody:
